This survey is the first step to register as a courier with Yango and its partners in Bolivia. Fill out the form with your personal and contact details, and the hub team will get in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours.

What happens after you submit the survey
The registration process consists of the following steps:
- Form review (24–48 hours): The hub team reviews your application and verifies that the data is complete.
- Phone or WhatsApp contact: A hub representative contacts you to confirm the city, work format, and answer your questions.
- Appointment scheduling: You are assigned a date and time to visit the courier hub.
- Hub visit: At the hub, your original documents are verified, the partner agreement is signed, and the thermal bag is handed over after the 200 BOB deposit.
- App activation: Your account is set up in the partner's app and you are shown how to receive orders.
- Going live: You start receiving orders and earning income.
Frequently asked questions about registration
How long does the survey review take?
The review takes 24 to 48 business hours. If you submitted the survey on a weekend, the review begins on Monday.
Can I change my city or format after submitting the survey?
Yes. You can inform the hub team during the confirmation call. The change is subject to vacancy availability in each city.
What if I don't have a NIT?
You can register without a NIT. You will have 30 days after registration to obtain one. The hub team will explain how to get it.
Is the 200 BOB deposit mandatory?
Yes, the deposit covers the thermal bag that is handed out at the hub. It is a requirement to start working.
Can I fill out the survey if I don't own a vehicle?
Yes. You can select the walking or bicycle format. If you acquire a vehicle in the future, you can switch formats.
