- Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

How to get to the Cochabamba hub
The hub is located near Plazuela de Cala Cala, a central and easily accessible area. You can get there by:
- Public transport: Bus lines that pass through the Cala Cala area (lines 701, 702, 717).
- Taxi: Tell the driver "Edificio Rafael, Calle Huallparrimachi Sud, near Cala Cala".
- On foot or by bicycle: If you live in the city center, it is approximately a 15–20 minute walk from Plaza 14 de Septiembre.

- Driver's license (LC) if you will be working by motorbike or car.

The hub is located on Av. San Martín, one of the main avenues in the north zone of Santa Cruz. You can get there by:
- Public transport: Bus lines that run along Av. San Martín (lines 1, 2, 3).
- Taxi: Tell the driver "Av. San Martín, calle Los Lirios #12".
- On foot or by bicycle: If you are in the city center, it is approximately a 20–25 minute walk.

- They will assign you a date and time to visit the courier hub.
- They will help you prepare your documents and answer all your questions.

Do I need an appointment to visit the hub?
Yes. Registration is done by appointment only, which is assigned after you fill out the online survey.
Can I visit the hub without filling out the survey first?
It is not recommended. The hub team prioritizes those who have already submitted the form, as this allows them to prepare the registration in advance.
How long does the visit to the hub take?
The visit usually takes between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the work format and whether you have all your documents in order.
